I realize that I haven't re-invented the baby bib, and there are a gazillion of them out there.  The only thing about my bibs that is even nominally unique, is their practicality.  I LOVE practicality!

When my 'offspring' was but a wee lad, I wanted a bib that would be able to take the day-to-day mess like a champ.  I had seen 'towel' bibs before that, that were cute or pretty, or designed to have something cross-stitched on them.  I think those are great, even cross-stitched some as gifts, but they are meant to look cute and they don't bleach as well.  So I took the idea of the towel bibs, and morphed it with the ultra practicality of a white hand towel, and came up with bibs that worked GREAT!  I could pre-treat them and throw them in with bleach, and they would come out clean every time.  The neckband kept any dribbles from rolling down his chin and under the bib to get on his shirt (also worked well for giving him haircuts), and the size made it perfect for really covering him up, then being able to use a relatively 'clean' part of the bib to wipe his face and hands.  But it didn't stop when he was a baby!  When he moved into 'toddlerhood' and wanted to do some messy crafts like painting, they worked great for that, too.  (Granted, some of the paints and craft things might not come out in the wash, but that's okay!)

I don't use actual ready-made towels any more, but they are still made from the same high quality cotton terry.  I pre-wash the fabric, and the finished size is approximately 15"x22".  The strap on the back of the neck allows the bib to grow with your child.

They are only $6.75 each, or $5.75 each if you order 6 or more, and domestic shipping is included in that price.
